We deliver all across Pakistan.

• Free delivery on orders over Rs 2,500.
• Orders below Rs 2,500: flat Rs 250 delivery charge.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
• Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
• We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Get 20% off when you pay by bank transfer — choose Bank Deposit at checkout.

Lahore: you can also choose delivery by Bykea or our own rider. The cost depends on your location and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Exchanges

At ASH Collections, we want you to shop with confidence and satisfaction. If the jewellery you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will do our best to provide your replacement as quickly as possible.

All exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

Returns

We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery. Once the returned item is inspected and verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

To complete a return, the item must be sent back in its original packaging, along with the order receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.
